Aaron,

You're Joanne's son, right?! I saw you at Uncle Ray's funeral and spoke briefly. I believe Joanne and Aunt Norma are out your place now awaiting the birth. Aunt Norma mentioned in her eulogy my father and Uncle Ray were best friends. Great "blog" you wrote. I won't write more until I know this is going to you and only you.

Sincerely,

Carol (Rabasca) Rahner - Ask John, Joanne, Norma, Donny etc. about me. I'm legit.!

I'm very sorry for your loss. No matter how much you think you're prepared for it it doesn't make it any easier to lose someone you love.

Aaron,

Thanks for putting these thoughts together. There are so many great things that he did that affected people in groups as well as one on one.

I am glad to have taken extra time over the past year or so to visit more often, and encourage everyone to "Love em while you have them".

We'll all miss Dad/Grampa hugely, we can each keep a piece of his fire lit within us.

Hi. You don't know me, but I think we are sort of related. My name is Kristen Claire Foley. I am Phil Magnusson's great neice. My Uncle Phil was married to your grandfather's sister, Virginia. I just saw your grandfather recently at my Uncle Phil's funeral. "Uncle Ray," as we called him, was always so friendly and so gentle. He was a good man and he will certainly be missed.
